As a Principal: He is currently working as a Principal of Vidyabharti College, Seloo Dist. Wardha since 2016. As a Principal, he did many works to change the scenario of the exiting institution and sets new parameter within a short period to create benchmark towards quality education and sustainable academic development. First time, through his monitoring, the institution got 12(B) recognition, Permanent Affiliation of the Institution, First NAAC Accreditation, Started three PG Courses in Commerce, Zoology and Botany along with Higher Learning and Research Centre of Commerce, organized International and National Conferences, Seminars and Workshops. He runs many extension programs, signed various MOU with different private agencies and not but lest, started Cooperative Society for teaching and non-teaching staff.

As an Academician: His academic career started from 1986 as an Assistant Professor to became a Professor in which he possess various honored with his academic development such as Management Councilor from RTM Nagpur University, worked as a Chairman of Board of Study, Member of Academic Council, BCUD, Member of Standing Committee, Member of Board of Study in B. A. Rural Services from RTM Nagpur University, Member of Board of Study in Account from Gondwana University, Gadchiroli, etc.

Apart from that, he has been working as a Guide/Supervisor for ten years and under his able guidance seven students are awarded Ph.D. During his academic career, he has published many research papers in various National and International journals. He is an Executive Member of All India Commerce Association and Maharashtra Commerce Association.

Awards Received:He is awarded ‘VidyabhushanPuraskar’ from Agnihotri Group of Institution, Wardha and ‘SamajBhushanPuraskar’ from Vidarbha Region Kasar Association.
